TRS Capital, an early-stage investment firm, has acquired a majority stake in Alta Electronics, a Canadian supplier of wiring harnesses, cable assemblies and electrical components. Management will remain in place while TRS plans to support growth by investing in inventory and equipment and expanding Alta's presence in the U.S. and other international markets.
