U.S. Compliance, a national EHS provider and platform backed by Susquehanna Growth Equity, has acquired OSHA/Environmental Compliance Systems (OECS), a St. Louis Park, Minnesota-based EHS consulting firm. The add-on expands U.S. Compliance's presence and service density in the Upper Midwest; terms were not disclosed and Troutman Pepper and Hennepin Partners served as advisors.
