The deal expands True's environmental consulting and engineering platform, adding Great Ecology's restoration, planning and design capabilities and offices (Great Ecology's founder Dr. Mark Laska will remain as President).

UL Acquires Clear Sky Analytics

UL acquired the proprietary software platform and related assets of Clear Sky Analytics, a solar performance analytics company, and welcomed co-founders Ajay Saproo and John Corson to UL. The deal expands UL's renewables capabilities by adding Clear Sky's prescriptive solar-plant performance analytics to UL's advisory, testing, inspection and certification services. Terms were not disclosed and the transaction closed May 17, 2021.

Environ Energy Acquires ISOS Group

Environ Energy has acquired ISOS Group, a San Diego–based ESG disclosure and sustainability reporting firm, to expand its sustainability and carbon reporting capabilities. The transaction was completed with support from growth investor 424 Capital, and ISOS will operate as a division within Environ to bolster the firm's ESG reporting, assurance, and verification services.
