David Centner Enterprises, the family-office vehicle of serial entrepreneur David Centner, acquired Canadian reputation-management firm Guaranteed Removals (rebranded Erase.com); the deal closed December 31, 2020 and was announced in July 2021. Following the acquisition the company relocated its corporate headquarters to Miami, Florida and appointed Alexander Kurian as CEO to scale the business in enterprise-level negative content management.
