Waterland Private Equity has partnered with family-owned pgb-Group, the Belgian market leader in fastening materials, to support pgb's international growth and consolidation across Europe. The transaction gives Waterland joint control and will fund further automation, capacity expansion and acquisitions as pgb pursues a strategy to become a European market leader; pgb is headquartered in Melle, Belgium and generates over €80 million in revenue.

Hg Invests in TransIP; TransIP to Join Forces with Combell under team.blue

Hg has invested in TransIP Group, a leading Dutch hosting and VPS provider, to combine TransIP with Combell Group and create team.blue — a European digital services group for SMEs. Terms were not disclosed; the combined group will serve roughly 1.2 million customers, Jonas Dhaenens will become Group CEO of team.blue and TransIP founder Ali Niknam remains a major investor and joins the board.

Miss Group Acquires Webland

Miss Group, backed by private equity firm Perwyn, has acquired Swiss web hosting provider Webland as part of its buy-and-build expansion in 2021. Webland, founded in 1998 and headquartered in Münchenstein, Switzerland, generates around €4 million in annual turnover and manages approximately 75,000 domains; the deal strengthens Miss Group's presence in the Swiss and wider DACH hosting market.
