Oakcreek Golf & Turf LP, a Banyan Capital Partners-backed distributor of Toro commercial turf equipment, acquired substantially all assets of Pattlen Enterprises, Inc., including L.L. Johnson Distributing Company and Midwest Turf & Irrigation. The add-on expands Oakcreek's distributorship footprint into the US Rockies and Midwest while preserving both businesses' local brands and operations; terms were not disclosed.
