Obsequio Group Acquires Premier Fire Security Limited

Obsequio Group, backed by Beech Tree Private Equity, has acquired Romsey-based Premier Fire Security Limited, expanding Obsequio's fire safety and security capabilities and its presence on the South coast. The add-on strengthens the group's public sector and education client base and allows Obsequio to offer additional compliance services to Premier’s customers.
