Obsequio Group has acquired UKAS-accredited Environtec Ltd to add asbestos compliance and testing capabilities to its compliance services portfolio. The deal expands Obsequio's geographic footprint (including its first office in Scotland) and is supported by investors Beech Tree Private Equity and Kartesia as part of the group's buy-and-build strategy.
