The deal expands Obsequio's geographic footprint (including its first office in Scotland) and is supported by investors Beech Tree Private Equity and Kartesia as part of the group's buy-and-build strategy.

Onex Partners Acquires Farsound Aviation Limited

Onex Corporation's Onex Partners Opportunities Fund has agreed to acquire Farsound Aviation Limited from AGIC Capital for an undisclosed amount. Farsound is a Brentwood, England–based supply chain and distribution specialist serving the aerospace engine MRO market, and the transaction is being completed in partnership with Farsound's management team led by CEO Chris Knott.

Foresight Invests in RFB Containers to Support Acquisition of Forth Containers

Foresight Group has invested £2 million into RFB Containers Limited to support RFB's acquisition of Forth Containers Limited and its subsidiary Container World. The deal creates a combined multi-site container hire, sales and self-storage operator in Scotland with a hire fleet of over 2,000 containers and retains existing management at the Bathgate site.

I Squared Capital to Acquire Enva

I Squared Capital, via its ISQ Global Infrastructure Fund III, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Enva, an environmental services and resource recovery platform in the UK and Ireland. Enva operates 34 facilities and provides specialized, regulated waste management services with a focus on hazardous and specialist waste and low-CO2 recycled materials.

EQT Private Equity and Mubadala to Acquire Envirotainer from Cinven and Novo Holdings

EQT Private Equity and Mubadala Investment Company have agreed to acquire Envirotainer, the Stockholm-based global provider of temperature-controlled air cargo containers and cold chain solutions for biopharmaceuticals, from Cinven and Novo Holdings for an enterprise value of approximately €2.8 billion. The new owners plan to accelerate geographic expansion (notably in APAC), scale CryoSure and the Releye platform, and invest in technology, digitalization and sustainability; current shareholders may reinvest as minority holders.

GHO Capital Leads Consortium to Acquire Majority Stake in Envision Pharma Group from Ardian
