OceanSound Partners, in partnership with Energy Impact Partners (EIP), has acquired Message Broadcast from LINK Mobility. The deal makes Message Broadcast an independent company led by new CEO Maulik Datanwala, with plans to boost product innovation, invest in sales and support, and pursue partnerships and acquisitions to expand its customer engagement platform for utilities and other regulated industries.
