Mitie has acquired Linx International Group, a UK-based risk management, consulting and security-training business, for £1.2m on a debt-free, cash-free basis. The purchase adds Linx's consulting, technical training (Tavcom) and security management education (PerpetuityARC) capabilities to Mitie's security and intelligence offering to strengthen its risk, assurance and training services ahead of changing legislation such as Protect Duty (Martyn's Law).

OCU Group Acquires Majority Stake in InICT

Mitie Acquires Esoteric Limited

Mitie has acquired Esoteric Limited, a UK specialist in counter-espionage and Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM), and will integrate its team into Mitie Security to strengthen the company’s security intelligence and counter-surveillance capabilities. Esoteric founder Emma Shaw will join Mitie Security to lead intelligence security operations, and Mitie will combine Esoteric’s services with its Merlin 24/7 platform to deliver remote monitoring and real-time insights.

Mitie Acquires Rock Power Connections Limited

Mitie has acquired Rock Power Connections Limited, an Independent Connections Provider (ICP) specialising in high-voltage grid connections, substation works and EV charging infrastructure. The purchase expands Mitie’s technical services and high-voltage capabilities—giving it IPC status and nationwide coverage—and will be integrated into Mitie’s Technical Services division to support green projects and Plan Zero delivery.

CH&CO (Equistone-backed) Acquires Mitie Catering (Gather & Gather & Creativevents)

CH&CO, a portfolio company backed by Equistone Partners Europe, has acquired Mitie Catering — comprising Gather & Gather and Creativevents — from Mitie. The bolt-on deal adds c.£137m of turnover, 330 sites across the UK and Ireland and approximately 3,600 team members to CH&CO, and includes a strategic partnership to continue serving Mitie's IFM clients.
