(headquartered in Fremont, Ohio) has acquired Westland Distributing (Denver/Lakewood, Colorado) and Alumi-Cover Awning Company (Mesa, Arizona), expanding its distribution footprint across the Western United States and adding roll-formed awning manufacturing capabilities. The deal increases Style Crest’s direct distribution reach and brings complementary product and manufacturing capabilities into its manufactured-housing building products platform.
