OMNI Acquires Nara Logics to Expand Trusted AI Capabilities for National Security Missions

OMNI announced it has acquired Nara Logics, a Boston-based AI company with a decision-intelligence and neuroscience-inspired, explainable AI platform. The deal is intended to integrate Nara Logics’ Synaptic Intelligence Platform into OMNI’s mission software portfolio to provide trusted, auditable, secure, and explainable AI decision support for U.S. Department of War, Intelligence Community, and other national security agencies.
