GE Aerospace to Acquire Consolidated Precision Products for $11.75 Billion

GE Aerospace signed an agreement to acquire Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) from Warburg Pincus and Berkshire Partners for $11.75 billion, financing the purchase with $7 billion in cash and the remainder in new debt. The deal is expected to close in the second half of 2027, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions, and is intended to expand casting capacity and integrate a key supplier more closely with GE Aerospace’s engine design and manufacturing operations.

The investments were supported by $5.6 million from private funds advised by The O.H.I.O. Fund, which is partnering with OCTAD to scale legacy manufacturers across Ohio.

Thrust Capital Partners Acquires Alphacasting Inc.

Alphacasting will be led by Louis Marc Pinard as CEO, with Frederik Centazzo remaining in a senior commercial role.

ADC Aerospace Acquires Cast-Rite Corporation
