Ondas Inc. completed its $175 million merger with Mistral Inc., a U.S.-based defense prime contractor. The deal gives Ondas direct prime access to U.S. Army and Special Operations IDIQ contract vehicles and adds U.S.-based manufacturing, integration, and federal contracting capabilities, strengthening its position as a next-generation defense prime.
