Ondo Finance has acquired Oasis Pro, an SEC-registered broker-dealer, alternative trading system (ATS), and transfer agent, to provide a comprehensive US regulatory infrastructure for tokenized securities. The deal combines Ondo's institutional tokenization technology with Oasis Pro's licenses and team to expand regulated tokenized securities offerings and enable broader market access.
