One80 Intermediaries, a specialty insurance broker and program manager, has acquired instaCOVER, a Kirkland, Washington-based insurance agency and web-based point-of-sale insurance platform. The acquisition expands One80's capabilities in financed and rental equipment insurance and adds insurtech functionality for channel partners and funders; terms were not disclosed.
