Fusion Capital Partners has acquired AQUALIS, a provider of stormwater and wastewater management, engineering, and compliance services, from DFW Capital Partners. Financial terms were not disclosed. The transaction is described as Fusion’s first platform acquisition of 2026 and its fourth platform investment overall.

Avanquest (Claranova) to Acquire PDF forge
