Osprey Landscape Group Acquires Earthworks

Osprey Landscape Group, a portfolio company of Southfield Capital, acquired Earthworks, a Texas-based provider of commercial landscaping services. The deal expands Osprey’s geographic reach into the Dallas/Fort Worth and Houston metropolitan markets and adds Earthworks’ maintenance, irrigation, enhancement, tree care, and floriculture capabilities to the platform.
