Otava Acquires NewCloud Networks

Otava, a secure hybrid cloud provider and subsidiary of Schurz Communications, has acquired cloud services provider NewCloud Networks to expand its product portfolio, network capacity and geographic footprint. The deal adds NewCloud’s managed security, backup, disaster recovery and Desktop-as-a-Service offerings as well as a nationwide 10Gb network and multiple new cloud nodes across the U.S. and Europe.
