Otovo ASA has signed definitive agreements to acquire Green Panel Solar Energy Systems Ltd. for a total purchase price of USD 11 million, expanding Otovo’s behind-the-meter energy services footprint across Europe. The deal involves two share purchase agreements: Otovo will acquire Adma Holdings Ltd. (holding about 51% of Green Panel) and then acquire the remaining portion of Green Panel, with closing subject to conditions precedent.
