OTR International Acquires Hoosier Wheel

OTR International, a market-leading supplier of off-the-road tires and wheels, has acquired Hoosier Wheel, a manufacturer of pneumatic and semi-pneumatic wheel assemblies based in Evansville, Indiana. The acquisition, closed October 1, expands OTR's U.S. manufacturing footprint and product portfolio for OEM and aftermarket customers and is supported by OTR's majority owner, Owner Resource Group.
