Pattern Energy Group completed its acquisition of Cordelio Power, an independent power producer with operations and development in Canada and the United States. The deal adds about 1,550 MW of operating and in-construction wind, solar, and energy storage projects and Cordelio’s majority development pipeline in key U.S. markets.
