Pelican Capital has made a growth investment to combine ECA International, Tracker Software Technologies (TST) and Global Expat Pay into a single global mobility data and technology group. The investment will back the combined management teams to create a one-stop provider for global mobility and HR teams, expanding capabilities across data, SaaS compliance tooling and expatriate payroll services.
