Pelican Energy Partners (Base Zero LP) acquired Springs ATG from Machine Build Technologies and rebranded the business as Advanced Technology Group (ATG). Pelican made a growth equity investment alongside the existing management team to fund a plan to double capacity and support ATG’s expansion into nuclear market opportunities including life-extension projects and SMR/advanced reactors.
