Penn Foster Group has combined with Carrus, acquiring the healthcare-focused learning and certification business and providing an exit for Revelstoke Capital Partners. Carrus (including CareerStep and CareerCert) delivers online healthcare training, continuing education and certification management and will join Penn Foster's workforce and online learning platform.
