PharmaCorp Rx Inc. Acquires Eight PharmaChoice Canada-Brand Pharmacies in Eastern Canada

PharmaCorp Rx Inc. entered into definitive share purchase agreements to acquire an aggregate 100% interest in eight PharmaChoice Canada-bannered pharmacies in Eastern Canada for approximately $24.2 million. The acquisitions were expected to close within 60 days subject to customary conditions, and PharmaCorp later announced completion of the acquisition, increasing its store count from six to fourteen locations.
