The acquisition increases PharmaCorp’s operating network to 15 pharmacies, and PharmaCorp also disclosed a separate Western Canada acquisition under a definitive agreement expected to close on or about August 17, 2026 (subject to customary conditions).

CareRx Acquires Hogan Pharmacy Partners Ltd.
