Phenom Acquires Plum

Phenom announced it has acquired Plum, a psychometric-based talent assessment platform that validates durable human skills AI cannot reliably fabricate. The deal is Phenom’s second acquisition in ten weeks, following its February 2026 purchase of Be Applied to complete a cognitive, behavioral, and situational assessment stack for enterprise hiring.
