Phillips Pet Food (owned by Axar Capital Management) acquired Central Garden & Pet Co.’s pet distribution arm, Central Pet. Gordon Brothers provided $175 million of strategic financing as an integrated asset-based lending facility with a RILO tranche, and will serve as integration agent with real estate and inventory optimization support.
