Phoenix Tailings acquired Boston-based Machinery Partner to expand its rare earth processing capabilities with AI, automation, and digital manufacturing infrastructure. The deal adds a “digital” third pillar to Phoenix Tailings’ existing chemistry and industrial hardware platform, with Machinery Partner’s AI/operating system deployed across hundreds of U.S. industrial sites and planned to be integrated into Phoenix Tailings’ refining operations.
