CPC Acquires Drug Free Sport International from Valesco Industries

CPC, a family-office backed holding company, has acquired Drug Free Sport International (DFSI) from Valesco Industries (a Valesco Fund II investment). DFSI, headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri, is a global third‑party administrator of anti-doping, drug-testing, clinical and mobile health services for professional, collegiate and amateur sports organizations; CPC will partner with DFSI's existing management on a long‑term hold basis.
