(CMG) acquired Bluware-Headwave Ventures Inc., a cloud-native AI and deep-learning software and services provider for subsurface decision-making, from majority owner EV Private Equity. CMG paid US$22 million with an additional earn-out of up to US$8 million; Bluware reported approximately US$23.5 million revenue in its most recent fiscal year and provides the InteractivAI product and proprietary VDS data format for seismic data.
