Comar Acquires iMARK Molding

Comar, a PE-backed manufacturer of rigid plastic solutions, has acquired iMARK Molding, a Woodville, Wisconsin-based custom contract manufacturer focused on medical devices. The acquisition expands Comar's cleanroom scientific injection molding capacity and engineering capabilities to better serve medical, diagnostic, and pharmaceutical customers; iMARK's management will remain in place and no plant closures or layoffs are expected.
