insightsoftware, backed by TA Associates and Genstar Capital, acquired Certent, Inc., a Roseville, California–based provider of SaaS equity management and financial disclosure management solutions. The acquisition expands insightsoftware's Office of the CFO product portfolio by adding equity and disclosure management capabilities; terms were not disclosed. K1 Investment Management, which had been Certent's investor since 2012, completed the sale.

SilverSky Acquires Cygilant
