CA Technologies has completed the acquisition of Xceedium, Inc., a provider of privileged identity management solutions for on-premise, cloud and hybrid IT environments. The deal brings Xceedium's proxy-based gateway privileged identity controls into CA's security portfolio; all Xceedium personnel have joined CA and terms were not disclosed.

Cyderes Acquires Ipseity Security

The deal expands Cyderes' IAM capabilities and global engineering bench, combining Ipseity's team with Cyderes' existing IAM practice to deliver expanded cloud identity, access governance, and privileged access management services.

PKWARE Acquires Dataguise

PKWARE has acquired Dataguise to add Dataguise's discovery and remediation technology to PKWARE's automated data security platform, expanding PKWARE's ability to find, classify and protect sensitive data across on-premises and cloud environments. Thompson Street Capital Partners, an investor in PKWARE, supported the transaction; Dataguise's existing offices in the United States, India, Europe and Canada will continue operations. Terms were not disclosed.

ID-ware Group Acquires UK-based Cipher10 Ltd.

The deal expands KeyData's advisory, implementation and managed-services capabilities, adds BeyondID's Identity Command Center platform and increases the combined company's delivery capacity and geographic reach across North America and beyond.

Okta Acquires Axiom Security

Okta has completed the acquisition of Axiom Security, a Tel Aviv–founded, identity-centric Privileged Access Management (PAM) vendor. The deal (closed Sept. 4, 2025) will fold Axiom’s cloud-native PAM capabilities into Okta Privileged Access to expand privileged access controls across cloud, SaaS, and database environments.
