Xceedium Inc. acquired the Cloakware Password Authority business from Irdeto, gaining the Password Authority product, associated engineering, support and sales teams, and a perpetual license to Irdeto's white-box cryptographic libraries. The acquisition enabled Xceedium to launch the integrated Xsuite Privileged Access Management solution, combining its GateKeeper access control with Password Authority to expand its privileged access management capabilities for enterprise and government customers.

Xceedance has acquired Millennium Information Services, a leading U.S. property inspection and data analytics provider, adding nearly 200 team members and a nationwide contractor network of more than 1,300 inspectors. The deal strengthens Xceedance's underwriting support and analytics capabilities—accelerating its expansion in personal lines and enabling broader inspection- and data-driven services for carriers and MGAs via Millennium's MAPS platform.

NETGEAR Acquires Exium to Add Integrated SASE Security for SMEs

The deal—expected to close by the end of Q2 2025—aims to deliver a single integrated networking and security solution tailored to MSPs and small and medium enterprises; Exium CEO Farooq Khan will continue to lead the Exium solution within NETGEAR for Business.

Imprivata Acquires Xton Technologies

CACI Acquires ID Technologies from The Acacia Group

The acquisition, which closed on December 29, 2021 for $225 million, expands CACI's secure network modernization, remote-access, and cloud/IaaS capabilities for defense, intelligence, and federal civilian markets.
