CA Technologies Acquires Xceedium, Inc.

CA Technologies has completed the acquisition of Xceedium, Inc., a provider of privileged identity management solutions for on-premise, cloud and hybrid IT environments. The deal brings Xceedium's proxy-based gateway privileged identity controls into CA's security portfolio; all Xceedium personnel have joined CA and terms were not disclosed.
