FAM Brands Acquires Wildfox

FAM Brands has acquired Wildfox, the Los Angeles-based contemporary women's apparel brand, and will assume design, production and manufacturing to continue the brand's retro-inspired collections. FAM Brands said it will make a significant financial investment in design expansion and infrastructure while partnering with Wildfox's existing factory base to minimize disruption and broaden distribution.
