Hovercraft Ventures Acquires Visual Endeavors

Hovercraft Ventures, a global experience and innovation venture platform, has acquired Visual Endeavors, a Santa Cruz–based design and creative solutions agency known for immersive live-entertainment and experiential work. Visual Endeavors will join Hovercraft's roster (which includes Raw Cereal, Hovercraft and OMM) and bring proprietary technical capabilities such as the PixelCannon rendering platform and a large BlackTrax tracking rental inventory to the platform.

USK Capital Acquires Go Raw from Juggernaut Capital Partners

USK Capital, the family office of Uday Kotak, has acquired Go Raw, a Chicago-area seed-based snacking brand, from Juggernaut Capital Partners. Financial terms were not disclosed; Juggernaut said it more than doubled Go Raw's revenue and expanded its distribution during ownership.

Redwood Capital Investments Acquires Grain Craft

Redwood Capital Investments, a Baltimore-based permanent holding company, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Grain Craft, the U.S. flour miller headquartered in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The transaction, in which Grain Craft is being sold by family owner G&L Holdings, is expected to close in Q3 2022; terms were not disclosed.

Columbia Grain / Enrich Foods Acquires Great River Milling

Columbia Grain International has launched consumer foods subsidiary Enrich Foods, LLC and completed its first acquisition by purchasing Great River Milling in Fountain City, Wisconsin. The acquisition adds organic and specialty flour, grains and co-manufacturing/private-label capacity — supporting Columbia Grain's expansion into retail and e-commerce consumer packaged foods under the Enrich Foods/Balanced Bushel portfolio.
