HALO Dream Inc., a Transom Capital-backed portfolio company, has acquired BreathableBaby LLC, a designer and manufacturer of patented breathable mesh juvenile sleep products. BreathableBaby will be integrated into HALO’s juvenile sleep portfolio to expand product offerings, safety innovation and e-commerce reach; the deal was financed with a senior secured facility from MidCap.

Transom Capital Acquires HALO and aden + anais (Aden & Anais, Inc.)

The transaction was financed via an $8 million term loan and additional borrowings under Crown Crafts' revolving credit facility; Crown Crafts paid $18 million subject to customary working capital adjustments.

Worthington Enterprises Acquires 80% Stake in HALO Products Group

Worthington Enterprises has acquired an 80% ownership stake in an affiliate of HALO Products Group, adding HALO-branded pizza ovens, pellet grills, griddles and accessories to its consumer/outdoor-living portfolio. HALO is based in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, employs about 25 people and generated approximately $7 million in revenue in 2023; the deal is intended to expand Worthington's presence in the outdoor living segment and leverage its ecommerce, marketing and retail relationships to grow the HALO brand.
