HireQuest, Inc. Acquires Northbound Executive Search

HireQuest, Inc. entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Northbound Executive Search, a New York-based executive placement and short-term consultant firm founded in 2010 that generated over $15 million of revenue in 2021. HireQuest will fund the deal with cash on hand, a modest draw on its line of credit, $500,000 in HireQuest stock and a seller's note portion payable over three years; Northbound founders Rachel and Greg Feder will remain to lead the business.

HireQuest Acquires Assets of MRINetwork

HireQuest, Inc. entered into a definitive agreement to acquire certain assets of MRINetwork (MRI), including its 232 franchise offices, for approximately $13.5 million before working capital adjustments. SLG Staffing Acquires Snelling Industrial (Baton Rouge) Franchise and Staffing Assets of KLS Inc.

SLG Staffing (part of SLG Investment Holdings) acquired the Baton Rouge, Louisiana franchise office of Snelling Staffing (locally known as Snelling Industrial, formerly Link Staffing) and the staffing assets of KLS Inc. The deal expands SLG's local footprint in Baton Rouge and represents the 11th acquisition for parent company SLG Investment Holdings, according to CEO Sharon Gordon.

Premier Health of America Inc. has signed a binding agreement to acquire 100% of Solutions Staffing Inc., a British Columbia–based healthcare staffing agency, for up to C$25 million (C$21M cash plus deferred consideration tied to EBITDA). The acquisition will make Solutions Staffing a wholly owned subsidiary of Premier Health and expand the buyer's national presence and travel nurse operations across Canada.
