Vizion Health Acquires Brookhaven Hospital and Community NeuroRehab

Vizion Health, a privately owned behavioral healthcare operator headquartered in Charlotte, acquired Brookhaven Hospital (a 64-bed acute psychiatric hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma) and Community NeuroRehab (a community-based step-down brain-injury program in Iowa). Vizion partnered with real estate investor National Health Investors (NHI) on the transaction; Brookhaven’s CEO Thomas Brown will remain in place as Vizion expands its footprint and neurological rehabilitation capabilities.
