Destiny (Dstny), a Belgian UCaaS/secure cloud communications platform backed by Apax Partners, acquired Sweden-based UCaaS providers Telepo and Soluno. The add-on deals expand Destiny's platform footprint in the Nordics and strengthen its service-provider channel, creating a leading European UCaaS provider with ~€170m in turnover and ~2 million seats.
