Apax Partners Acquires Destiny from Mentha

Paris-based private equity firm Apax Partners has agreed to acquire 100% of Destiny from Mentha, with Destiny's management making a substantial reinvestment. Destiny is a Belgian secure cloud communications provider (VoIP, UCaaS, mobile and data networks) with ~220 employees in Belgium and the Netherlands; Apax says it will support the company's international expansion and continued acquisition strategy.

Dstny Acquires Qunifi to Boost Microsoft Teams Integration Capabilities

Belgian cloud communications provider Dstny has acquired UK-based Qunifi, the maker of the Call2Teams Microsoft Teams integration platform. The deal brings Qunifi’s Teams-native SaaS middleware and global partner footprint into Dstny’s service-provider organisation to accelerate product development and expand Teams voice integration capabilities for service providers and enterprise customers.

ProSmile (TriSpan-backed) Acquires Destiny Dental Practices

ProSmile, a TriSpan-backed multi-specialty dental services organization, completed the acquisition of Destiny Dental practices across Michigan, Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin, adding 20 offices and establishing ProSmile's presence in the Midwest. The deal was supported by lender BankUnited and continues ProSmile's roll-up strategy as a TriSpan portfolio company expanding via add-on acquisitions.

Enea Acquires Aptilo from Norvestor

Destinus Acquires Daedalean AG for CHF 180 Million

Duett Software Group (Accel-KKR-backed) Acquires Danish Cloud ERP Provider Skyhost ApS

Duett Software Group has acquired Danish cloud-based software company Skyhost ApS to expand its ERP product capabilities into resource planning, fleet management and adjacent verticals in Denmark and Scandinavia. The deal is the first acquisition by Duett since receiving a majority equity investment from Accel-KKR in December 2019; both companies will continue to operate under their existing brands and management teams.
