Playfly Sports acquired three sales divisions from FOX Sports—Home Team Sports, Impression Sports, and FOX Sports College Properties—to expand its sports marketing and multimedia-rights capabilities across professional, collegiate and high-school sports. The deal bolsters Playfly's platform (backed by Access Holdings) with additional broadcast sales, college multimedia rights and creative/experiential marketing teams to help brands reach millions of U.S. sports fans.
