PowerSchool Acquires Kinvolved

PowerSchool has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Kinvolved, a provider of K-12 two-way communications, attendance, and engagement software. The acquisition will integrate Kinvolved's messaging and attendance capabilities into PowerSchool's Unified Home solution to strengthen school-to-home communications and support efforts to reduce chronic absenteeism.
