Predictive Discovery (PDI) Acquires Robex Resources (Robex) in C$ and A$ Share-for-Share Merger

Predictive Discovery Limited (PDI) acquired all issued and outstanding shares of Robex Resources Inc. (Robex) via a Quebec statutory plan of arrangement. Robex shareholders (and Robex CDI holders) received 7.862 newly issued PDI shares for each Robex share/CDI as the deal completed on 15 April 2026. The combined company is targeting production of more than 400,000 ounces of gold per annum by 2029, anchored by PDI’s Bankan Project and Robex’s Kiniero Project.
