Presco Polymers, a portfolio company of River Associates Investments, acquired Rhino Marking & Protection Systems, a Minnesota-based manufacturer of marker posts and damage-prevention products. The add-on transaction, the third for Presco, closed on March 5, 2021 and preserves Rhino's manufacturing operations in Waseca, MN and sales/support out of Bloomington, MN while expanding Presco's range of safety marking and damage prevention solutions.

Presco Polymers Acquires Pro-Line Safety Products

Presco Polymers, a Sherman, Texas portfolio company of River Associates Investments, acquired Pro-Line Safety Products, a West Chicago manufacturer and distributor of utility marking products, on December 19, 2019. The deal expands Presco's product offering and manufacturing capacity—adding tracer wire, flexographic printing and tape converting capabilities to serve the underground utility and utility contracting markets.

River Associates Acquires Presco Polymers

River Associates partnered with Presco Polymers' management to acquire Presco, a Sherman, Texas-based manufacturer of commercial marking products and customized PVC films. Financing for the transaction was provided by NXT Capital and junior capital provider Northstar Capital (which also made an equity co-investment); River plans to pursue add-on acquisitions to grow Presco.
