Prestige Consumer Healthcare to Acquire Breathe Right Nasal Strips Portfolio for $1.045 Billion

Prestige Consumer Healthcare entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the Breathe Right nasal strip brand and an accompanying portfolio of OTC brands from Foundation Consumer Healthcare in a $1.045 billion cash transaction (about $900 million net of anticipated tax benefits). The acquired portfolio is expected to generate approximately $200 million in revenue and $95 million in EBITDA (LTM ended December 31, 2025), and the deal is expected to close in the first half of fiscal 2027.
