The transaction brings Eagle founder Mark Anderson into Pacific West's executive team as Vice President of Environmental and supports Pacific West's strategy to expand geographically across the western U.S. and broaden its environmental service capabilities.

Littlejohn & Co. Acquires Pritchard Industries

Senior management led by CEO Jay Leyden will remain significant owners; Littlejohn said it will provide capital and resources to expand Pritchard's service offering, technology and geographic presence. Terms were not disclosed.
