Primary Hosting, a Cincinnati-based cloud brokerage, has acquired Mobile Agent Now, a review monitoring and response platform. Terms were not disclosed; Mobile Agent Now founder Mark Jeffreys will transition operational control to Christopher Brock, CEO of Primary Hosting, as the service is integrated into Primary Hosting’s cloud brokerage offering to expand its customer engagement and reputation-management capabilities.
